Job summary

Postillion Hotels in Amsterdam offers a Front Office internship. You’ll greet guests, assist meeting attendees, handle reservations, and learn check-in/check-out with other departments.

We seek hospitality or business students who are fluent in Dutch and English, proactive, and creative, able to start 1 February 2027 for five months. Job description

Every day is different at the Front Office. You welcome hotel guests, assist people attending meetings and conferences, and answer questions throughout their stay. During your internship, you’ll learn how to check guests in and out, handle reservations and work with other departments.

You’ll become part of the Front Office team and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop your skills. You can always ask questions, and your colleagues will be there to guide you. Along the way, you’ll discover how important personal attention, staying organised and thinking on your feet are in everyday hotel operations.
