Job summary

Postillion Hotels zoekt een F&B stagiair die gasten met aandacht bedient en snacks en drankjes tijdig aanvult. Je werkt actief mee in bar en restaurant, met focus op gastvrijheid en efficiëntie.

Je ontvangt een onboarding-programma, gratis overnachting incl. ontbijt, en een trainings- en ontwikkelingsprogramma. Daarnaast krijg je een sportpakket, toegang tot de medewerkersapp en.Stagevergoeding van €850 per maand bij een 38-urige werkweek, met groeikansen binnen onze organisatie.

Qualifications

• Vriendelijke en behulpzame houding richting gasten en collega’s.
• Oog voor detail bij replenishment en inventaris.
• Bereid om ideeën te delen en mee te denken.
• Actief meewerken en de hele dag in beweging zijn.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen in bar/restaurant en bij evenementen.
• Zorgen voor aanvulling van drank en snacks.
• De onboarding en trainingsprogramma volgen.
• De Postillion employee app gebruiken voor rooster en loonstrook.

Job description

Nothing ever escapes you. Are you organizing a party? Then your guests never stand for a moment with an empty glass in their hand. And those snacks? Of course, they are constantly replenished. Crumbs or used napkins you work away silently. Recognizable? Then chances are you're the F&B intern we're looking for. At Postillion Hotels we focus mainly on meetings, conventions and meetings, but more and more people know how to find us for a weekend away. Helping in the bar or restaurant, you don't care who our guest is: you pamper everyone. Giving attention with impact is what we call it.

• You will receive a special onboarding program from us. This way you will get to know not only your colleagues, but also the organization at lightning speed.

This is who you are:

• Preferably available for at least 5 months, starting from September 1, 2026.
• A cheerful go-getter who is helpful to both guests and colleagues.
• Someone with an eye for detail. You quickly see what will make our guests happy and what needs to be replenished.
• You are full of great ideas and not afraid to share them.
• You don’t like to sit still. You’re on the move all day, and your step counter never drops below 10,000.
