Job summary

Sircle Collection in Amsterdam is offering an internship to join a great team, with a strong learning curve and cross trainings across departments.

You will welcome guests, process check-ins/check-outs, handle phone calls and requests, and provide the city tips to guests, while collaborating to deliver unforgettable experiences. Available February 2027 for at least five months.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in mbo Hotel Management/Hospitality/Tourism study.
• Good communication in English and Dutch.
• Ambitious and proactive with ability to connect across cultures.
• Available for minimum five months.

• Welcoming our guests and be the first point of contact;
• Working together with the team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience;
• Processing and handling check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, requests and questions of guests;
• Providing the guests with great tips and secrets about the city.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, you are currently a student enrolled in a relevant mbo Hotel Management/Hospitality/Tourism related study. You have good communication skills in English and Dutch. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are an ambitious and proactive student with good communication skills and knows how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.

You are available for a minimum period of five months.
