Hotel V Oosterpark is offering a Front Office internship in Amsterdam. You will be the first face guests see and learn reservations, check-ins and check-outs with a smile. The role blends admin duties with guest interaction in a lively hotel setting.

You are studying hotel management or a related field and thrive in a bustling hospitality environment. The internship runs for at least 20 weeks, 32–40 hours a week, starting July, August, or September 2026, with a generous €600 per month allowance

Qualifications

• You are currently studying hotel management, tourism or a related field.
• Internship of at least 20 weeks (32–40 hours per week).
• Strong communication and hospitality abilities; a friendly and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs and reservations.
• Support front desk tasks and learn hotel operations, guest services and admin duties.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and learn how the hotel runs behind the scenes.
