The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Intern to warmly welcome guests and support daily operations in a historic, design-forward setting. You’ll assist with arrivals, departures and guest requests, while collaborating with teams to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Attitude and helpfulness are key; be confident you can assist guests.
• Previous hotel experience is nice but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
• Be yourself and bring a warm, approachable presence to the Front Office.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction is essential.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a memorable guest experience.
• Be ready to get things done, with a collaborative, no-ego mindset.
• Open to trying new things and having fun with the team.
• Available for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face guests meet, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Handle guest arrivals and departures with accurate billing.
• Coordinate with teams to manage busy periods and overbooking levels.
• Answer phones, handle requests, and offer local recommendations.
• Act as the hotel gatekeeper and assist with admin tasks as needed.
