Job summary

Mercure Amsterdam North is seeking a Front Office Host(ess) to welcome guests with a personal touch and ensure a seamless stay. You’ll be the heart of the hotel, providing city tips, reservations, bike Rentals, and more to create unforgettable experiences.

As part of a cluster role, you’ll work across Mercure Amsterdam North and TRIBE Amsterdam City, collaborating with two vibrant teams and delivering outstanding hospitality across brands.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage smooth check-in/check-out with a personal touch.
• Offer local tips, make restaurant reservations, arrange bike rentals and assist guests’ needs to ensure a seamless stay.
• This is a cluster role working at Mercure Amsterdam North and TRIBE Amsterdam City, joining two dynamic teams.

What will you do?

As a Front Office Host(ess), you’re more than just the first smile they see—you’re the heart of the hotel. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, making sure our guests feel at home from the moment they walk in. Whether it’s giving the best city tips, making restaurant reservations, arranging bike rentals, or assisting with anything else our guests might need, you go the extra mile to create a seamless and unforgettable stay.

This is a cluster position, which means you’ll also be working at our sister hotel, TRIBE Amsterdam City—a stylish and contemporary hotel where design meets comfort. You'll be part of both dynamic teams and experience the best of two unique hospitality brands.
