Job summary

TRIBE Amsterdam City zoekt een Front Office Host(ess) voor de Social Hub. Je verwelkomt gasten, regelt check-in/out en zorgt voor een warme, persoonlijke beleving. Tevens krijg je de kans te werken bij Mercure Amsterdam North Station en TRIBE, met twee unieke merken en veel groeimogelijkheden.

Je bent sociaal, proactief en comfortabel in een levendige hospitality-omgeving. Een flexibel weekend- en avondenrooster past bij jou en je houdt van creativiteit en gastvrijheid.

Qualifications

• Engelsvaardigheid vereist.
• Gastgericht en flexibel.
• Bereid om in weekend/evening te werken.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen en assisteren gasten bij check-in en check-out.
• Verwelkomen en creëren van een warme, persoonlijke sfeer.
• Geven van tips over lokale hotspots en activiteiten.
• Samenwerken met beide hotels (TRIBE Amsterdam City en Mercure Amsterdam North Station).

What will you do?

As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the first point of contact in our Social Hub. You assist guests with check-in and check-out, but more importantly: you create a warm, personal, and relaxed atmosphere. You provide tips on the city's best hotspots, have friendly chats with guests, and make sure everyone feels right at home.

This is a cluster position, which means you'll also be working at Mercure Amsterdam North Station, a stunning 110-room boutique hotel located just next door.
