Responsibilities

• Answering and potentially redirecting incoming phone calls;
• Registering new colleagues in our systems and ensuring they have the correct access and resources;
• Preparing meeting rooms;
• Managing the issuance and registration of loaner equipment to employees;
• Processing and resolving facility-related reports in the system;
• Supporting the Facility department with tasks such as making small orders and replenishing coffee supplies.

Your profile / Qualifications

• You navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes;

• You are confident and not afraid to take on challenges;
• You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the facility management system TopDesk;
