Job summary

easyHotel Amsterdam Arena Boulevard is seeking a friendly Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. You will handle front-office duties and help create a warm, guest-friendly atmosphere.

You speak fluent English and/or Dutch, have hospitality flair, and are comfortable working early, late, and weekends. Prior front-office experience is a plus, but motivation to grow matters most.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and/or Dutch; guest communications can occur in both languages.
• At least 1 year of front-office or hospitality guest-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular reception duties and guest check-ins/outs.
• Assist guests to ensure a warm, efficient stay.
• Support hotel operations during shifts and weekends.

Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Full-Time Receptionist to join the team at our Amsterdam Arena hotel.

For that mission, we can use a new colleague. We are looking for a receptionist who is willing to work all types of shifts, early & late – also in weekends. Apart from the regular reception activities, you are jointly responsible for the entire hotel.

About you

You have a passion for hospitality, act with integrity, and bring strong common sense. You shine in welcoming and assisting guests, contributing to a warm atmosphere and a positive guest experience. You speak fluent English and/or Dutch, and have at least one year of front-office experience—or a strong motivation to grow in this role.
