easyHotel Amsterdam Arena is hiring a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. You will welcome guests, manage the front desk, handle check-ins and inquiries, and help create a warm atmosphere.

The role requires flexibility to cover early and late shifts, weekends, and collaboration with the whole hotel team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Fluent English and/or Dutch are required, with at least one year of front-office experience or a strong motivation to grow in this role.

Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Full-Time Receptionist to join the team at our Amsterdam Arena hotel.

For that mission, we can use a new colleague. We are looking for a receptionist who is willing to work all types of shifts, early & late - also in weekends. Apart from the regular reception activities, you are jointly responsible for the entire hotel.

About You

You have a passion for hospitality, act with integrity, and bring strong common sense. You shine in welcoming and assisting guests, contributing to a warm atmosphere and a positive guest experience. You speak fluent English and/or Dutch, and have at least one year of front-office experience—or a strong motivation to grow in this role.
