Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a Desk Manager for our Amsterdam location to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will support the Front Office team, coordinate with other departments and ensure smooth operations across shifts, while upholding the brand’s service standards.

The role requires several years in Front Office or reception, strong organisational skills, and a good command of English. Additional languages and hotel systems experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a Front Office or reception role.
• Organised, accurate and able to set priorities during busy shifts.
• Good command of English; other languages are a plus.
• Comfortable using hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a warm welcome at check-in and a smooth check-out.
• Support Front Office team throughout the day and during the morning rush.
• Represent Front Office at meetings when needed and guide the team.
