Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English; Dutch is preferable.
- Experience with a reservation system, ideally Opera.
- A passion for hospitality and guest service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide personalized check-in and check-out service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests and complaints.
- Provide housekeeping service and deliver room service.
- Prepare and check financial and administrative reports.
- Conduct fire and safety rounds.
- Handle reservations using Opera.
