Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam. Join our fast-paced, international team and deliver warm, efficient check-in and guest service that reflects our brand values.

You’ll greet guests, manage registrations, handle requests, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with colleagues across departments. Fluency in English and a hospitality mindset are essential; Dutch language is a plus.

Qualificações

• Affinity with the hotel industry and hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Opera systems.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
• Maintaining accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
• Caring out, reviewing, and updating the reception procedures, as per hotel policy.

• Handling complaints in a professional manner.

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Front Office Agent who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and an international team. In the hotel, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As well as lunches and dinners for groups, for our staff canteen and we have two meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 60 covers. For our lunch and dinner menu, we work together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord.

OUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
