Job summary

Odyssey Hotel Group, in partnership with Holiday Inn Express, is recruiting friendly Food & Beverage Attendants to join our breakfast, café, and dinner service teams at Express Café & Bar Noord. You will provide warm, attentive service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner settings in a fast-paced environment.

You will be part of a dynamic, international team with English as the primary language; prior hospitality experience is not required, but a passion for service and a positive attitude are

Qualifications

• No prior hospitality experience required; passion for service.
• Friendly, guest-focused with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work mornings in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure breakfast buffet is stocked and dining area is clean.
• Provide service in bar, restaurant, or breakfast area, including taking orders, serving guests, and handling checkouts.
• Assist in preparing boardrooms for lunch or dinner meetings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and relay guest feedback.
• Support general food and beverage tasks and uphold hotel standards.

THE POSITION

We are looking for enthusiastic team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working in the mornings. As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in various settings, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in our restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord. You may also assist with group meals, staff canteen service, and meetings in our event spaces.

Your role will include preparing and serving breakfast, working at the bar, and serving dinner. Beyond your daily tasks, we welcome your ideas and input to enhance our service and guest experience. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working with local suppliers, we’d love to have you on our team!

• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not required.
