Job summary

Odyssey Hotel Group, operator of Holiday Inn Express Almere, is looking for a Cook to join our breakfast team. You will prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, support group lunches and dinners, and help ensure HACCP standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

This 15.2‑hour per week role offers a flexible 0-hour contract and requires independence, a warm, guest‑oriented approach, and good English (Dutch a plus). Experience in hotel settings is a bonus.

THE POSITION

As a Cook, you will take on a high level of responsibility, ensuring our guests start their day with a great breakfast experience. Our hotel has 160 rooms, breakfast is included for every guest, and we daily serve group lunches and dinners. The ideal candidate is a great organizer, works in a fast pace and is a real team player. You work closely with the F&B team and report to the Operations Manager.

This is a position for 15.2 hours on a weekly basis with a 0-hour contract for flexibility.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
