Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South zoekt een parttime stagiair voor de gastvrijheidsdiensten. Je verwelkomt gasten, behandelt reserveringen en zorgt voor een vlotte betaling tijdens het in- en uitchecken. Je anticipeert op de behoeften van gasten en biedt persoonlijke aanbevelingen.

Je werkt in een dynamisch, internationaal team in Amsterdam-Zuidas. Eerdere ervaring is een plus, maar motivatie en servicegerichte houding staan voorop.

• Communicatie met gasten, zowel bij klachten als complimenten, ligt je.

• Beginnen met onvergetelijke gastbelevingen en warme ontvangst.
• Gasten verwelkomen en IHG One Rewards-leden herkennen.
• Boekingen aannemen, beheren en betaling afhandelen.
• Check-in en check-out snel en soepel laten verlopen.

Your day to day:

• Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
• Acknowledging IHG One Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
• Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
• Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
• Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
• Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from invoices issues to restaurant recommendations

Job Requirements:

• You are proactive and enthusiastic
• You like to take responsibility and have the confidence to come up with solutions
• Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
• Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
• English speaker. Fluency in the local language is a plus - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
• Experience with Fidelio/Opera is a plus
