Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South is seeking a Fulltime F&B Allround Waiter for Japanner Restaurant. You will deliver warm, professional service from greeting to farewell, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for in a dynamic hotel environment.

As a true host, you’ll support events, collaborate across departments, and uphold high hygiene standards while delivering memorable guest experiences in English, with Dutch as a plus.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or F&B service is an advantage.
• Strong English and Dutch communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Guest-oriented, service-minded and enthusiastic.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Eye for detail and passion for quality.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, festive holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with hospitality.
• Provide menu explanations and wine recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain the setup of your assigned area — tables, buffets, and service stations.
• Transmit orders to the kitchen accurately and efficiently.
• Handle payments and billing, including room charge procedures and cash remittance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all outlets.
• Support events and banquets with setup, service, and breakdown tasks.
• Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, Green Engage).
• Being attentive to guest needs, always aiming to exceed expectations.

Your day to day

As an Fulltime F&B Allround Waiter at Japanner Restaurant, you’ll bring warmth, professionalism, and personality to every guest experience. You’ll work at restaurant De Japanner Zuid - ensuring each guest feels welcome and cared for from the first “hello” to the last “thank you.”

Your responsibilities will include

• Welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with genuine hospitality
