Generator Hostels ltd. is seeking a Front of House Agent to be the face of Generator, delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out while creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.

You'll welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, take bookings and payments accurately, provide local recommendations, resolve enquiries with empathy, and support smooth daily operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.
• Good IT skills and confidence using booking and payment systems.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for travel, social experiences and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
• Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Taking ownership of the guest journey to ensure every stay exceeds expectations.
• Providing local recommendations and sharing knowledge of the city and Generator's events and social spaces.
• Responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Promoting Generator's facilities, services, events, and local experiences to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front of House department.
• Working closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the reception and social areas.
• Following company procedures, health & safety standards, and security policies at all times.
• Helping create a positive, energetic atmosphere that reflects the Generator brand.

What You'll Do
