• Be one of the first ambassadors guests meet at check-in, delivering a personal and memorable experience.
• Collaborate with other departments (Styling, Navigator, etc.) to anticipate and satisfy guest needs.
• Read guest cues to tailor interactions and make guests feel at home and special.
