Qualifications

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Assist departments with light administrative tasks and data entry.
• Monitor visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
