Job summary

flatexDEGIRO SE in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Trading Assistant - Service Desk (French) to be the first point of contact for retail traders. You will learn the DEGIRO product and work with Brokerage and Risk teams to resolve inquiries and drive improvements.

With 0-2 years of experience and a finance-related degree, you will handle onboarding, KYC, corporate actions, transfers, and trading disputes, while adapting to evenings and weekend shifts in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Hospitality, Dutch, Law or Humanities degrees accepted with finance affinity.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer requests and improve processes.
• Assist customers with platform information and complex topics.
• Collaborate with internal departments across DEGIRO.
• Support onboarding, KYC/EDD and trading inquiries.
