Job summary

flatexDEGIRO is seeking a Junior Trading Assistant to support customers and tackle complex information requests about our platform. You will help with corporate actions, transfers and disputes while growing within a fast-paced FinTech team.

The role backs a flexible, hybrid work arrangement and access to training, with a focus on growth from Service Desk into more senior roles and cross-team collaboration across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong affinity with financial markets.
• Native-level Dutch language skills.
• 0–2 years of experience and solid knowledge of financial products.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer requests to find short or long-term solutions to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
• Support customers with complex information requests about our platform, corporate actions, transfers, and disputes.
• Lead assigned sub-teams to provide long-term solutions for recurring challenges.
• Communicate and escalate to other departments to resolve trading-related requests.
