flatexDEGIRO is seeking a Junior Trading Assistant to join our Service Desk in Amsterdam. You will assist customers with queries about our trading platform, transfers of securities, and corporate actions while learning the product and market dynamics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and strong affinity with financial markets.
Native-level Dutch language is required.
0–2 years of experience.
Energetic team player with excellent communication skills.
Available to work evenings occasionally.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer requests to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Support customers with complex information requests about our platform, Corporate Actions, transfers of securities, and trading disputes.
Lead when assigned to specialized sub-teams providing long-term solutions for recurring challenges.
Effectively communicate and escalate to different departments to resolve trading-related requests.
