Job summary

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht is seeking candidates for a full-time role in the DPS team. You will help resolve logistics issues related to car parts delivery, collaborating with colleagues and keeping stakeholders informed.

Training is provided, and you will work at the head office in Maastricht. The position emphasizes a multicultural, international environment with a 40-hour work week and strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English on a native level.
• Other fluent languages are a plus.
• Preferably experienced in a customer service environment.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in difficult customer situations.
• Motivated and very customer minded.
• Capable of working in a team as well as independently.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Handle logistical issues in Dealer Parts Support to ensure smooth delivery of car parts.
• Keep all parties updated and work with colleagues to find the best solution.
• On-the-job training provided to learn required knowledge.
