Job summary

Geodis seeks a Warehouse Admin to optimize daily shipments and transport planning across the Netherlands and EU. You will plan efficiently and ensure timely execution while coordinating resources in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include arranging inland transport, carrier selection and performance screening, and coordinating truck and express shipments. You will monitor lead times, quality and compliance with customs rules; 3–5 years in freight forwarding and MBO+ in the field are

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in an operational role in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of warehousing, planning and warehouse administration.
• Knowledge of customs, export/import processes and industry regulations.
• Fluent in local language and English (read, spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient transport for NL and EU.
• Create daily planning of all shipments.
• Arrange inland transportation.
• Select and screen carriers and assess performance.
• Coordinate truck and express shipments.
• Follow-up on lead times of bookings.
• Monitor quality.
