Job summary

Hoekgroup in the Netherlands is seeking a Transport Planner to ensure our international logistics runs smoothly. You will plan and coordinate daily air and road shipments, ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, and optimize cost-efficiency while complying with regulations.

You will process export, import, and customs documentation, liaise with carriers and internal teams, and support operations across Purchasing, Sales, and Warehousing in a dynamic, growing flower logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily air and road shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure efficient, cost-effective operations.
• Process export, import, and customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain contact with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Identify delays and resolve logistical challenges across international operations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Sales and Warehousing in a global setting.
