You will join the Operations team and contribute to efficient, KPI-driven processes. The role offers a structured onboarding, buddy system, online academy, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• MBO-4 or HBO level with a practical mindset and positive attitude.
• Accurate and organised, with an overview of ongoing processes.
• Proactive in improving processes, enjoys teamwork and communicates clearly.

Aufgaben

• You are the first point of contact for customers and keep them informed about their shipments.
• You monitor and coordinate order handling from A to Z.
• You check documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• You monitor the operational process, steer on the basis of KPIs and work closely with internal and external parties.
