Job summary
A strategic consulting firm is seeking an experienced freelance QSHE Manager to oversee multiple sites across the Netherlands. This role involves leading QSHE initiatives in the food, FMCG, and technology sectors, managing compliance, and conducting audits. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience, and is fluent in Dutch and English. Competitive day rate and opportunities for significant impact are included.
Qualifications
3–5 years’ QSHE experience within logistics, production or similar sectors.
Solid knowledge of legislation, audits and QSHE systems; BRC/IFS/HACCP is a plus.
Structured, detail-oriented and capable of leading projects independently.
Responsibilities
Lead local QSHE Managers across multiple sites, ensuring consistent standards and compliance.
Maintain and improve QSHE systems in line with legislation and client requirements.
Conduct audits, analyse results, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Deliver training and promote a strong culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.
Oversee QSHE projects and act as a trusted advisor to clients and management on compliance and risk.
