Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a senior Quality leader to shape and drive the quality strategy across multiple manufacturing locations in the Netherlands. You will lead a team of about 10 quality professionals, partner with site leadership, and ensure QESH compliance across sites to deliver sustainable improvements.

The role requires deep expertise in Quality Management Systems, audits, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior Quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing quality strategies across multiple operational locations.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of QESH principles, with Quality as the primary area of expertise.
• Commercially aware and capable of engaging confidently with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Able to influence across functions and locations without relying solely on direct authority.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
• Self-motivated, energetic, curious, and focused on delivering sustainable improvements.
• Dutch & English

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Quality strategy and QESH framework.
• Drive quality awareness and accountability throughout the organisation and leadership teams.
• Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 quality professionals.
• Partner with site leadership to improve quality performance and standardise best practices across locations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure effective follow-up of corrective actions.
• Drive supplier quality improvements in collaboration with procurement teams.
• Support customer satisfaction through effective complaint management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, systems, and reporting structures.
• Advise senior leadership on quality strategy, risk management, and organisational improvements.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and the implementation of quality improvement programmes.
