Job summary

A strategic consulting firm is seeking an experienced freelance QSHE Manager to oversee multiple sites across the Netherlands. This role involves leading QSHE initiatives in the food, FMCG, and technology sectors, managing compliance, and conducting audits. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience, and is fluent in Dutch and English. Competitive day rate and opportunities for significant impact are included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ QSHE experience within logistics, production or similar sectors.
• Solid knowledge of legislation, audits and QSHE systems; BRC/IFS/HACCP is a plus.
• Structured, detail-oriented and capable of leading projects independently.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Registered Freelancer in the Netherlands.
