Job summary

Structure Financial, Inc. is seeking a Head of Recruiting for a hands-on, freelance mission to build and run a disciplined hiring function without hand-holding. The role covers both Amsterdam and Paris, with on-site work and direct interaction with founders to raise hiring standards.

You will transform a loose set of conversations into a structured machine that produces strong candidates and clear outcomes, then scale recruiting into a strategic advantage for the company.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end recruiting processes in fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to create structured hiring pipelines and criteria.
• Strong judgment and taste for talent with rigorous standards.
• Ability to work directly with founders and tighten hiring standards over time.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting end to end across technical and non-technical roles.
• Build recruiting function from scratch with process, tooling, workflows, interview ops, and candidate communications.
• Create clear hiring pipelines with defined stages, owners, actions, and decisions.
• Maintain control of candidate flow, interview logistics, follow-ups, and status changes.
• Screen for quality, motivation, and fit before founder interviews.
• Work with founders to define roles and calibrate candidate quality over time.
• Run a fast, organized, high-signal process and reduce drift.
• Manage external recruiters with high standards and tight oversight.
• Track pipeline health, bottlenecks, and throughput; continuously improve the system.
