Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Founding Creative Director based in the Netherlands. You will set the creative standard for a fast-growing company, owning launches, storytelling, and design systems across multiple customer-facing assets.

This hands-on leadership role begins by shipping high-impact work while building a lean internal team of designers, motion, and content. You will work in a fully distributed, async-friendly environment with direct access to the founding team.

Qualifications

• Experience owning creative direction, with final decisions made.
• Strong taste with ability to articulate a clear point of view on impactful work.
• Narrative and strategic thinking connecting design, positioning, and business goals.
• A portfolio showing high-quality work across digital experiences, branding, campaigns, and launches.
• Experience across disciplines; SaaS exposure not required, fashion/art/brand backgrounds welcomed.
• Ability to deliver excellent work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Hands-on AI usage in creative or product development workflows.
• Willingness to independently ship landing pages or digital experiences within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative vision and direction across the brand and customer touchpoints.
• Define narrative and strategy for product launches and campaigns.
• Personally ship high-impact work in the first year (landing pages, launch videos, social content).
• Evolve the design system to support future products and campaigns.
• Partner with the founding team to translate complex concepts into compelling stories.
