Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Director of Corporate Development in the Netherlands to own the inorganic growth strategy, lead the full acquisition lifecycle, and assess strategic alliances. You will report to the CFO, build financial models, and drive post-close integration in a remote, autonomous setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields with deal sourcing experience.
• Experience coordinating financial, legal, operational, and people-related due diligence.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to build multiple statement models from scratch.
• Experience presenting to executives and boards with defended analyses.
• Knowledge of software or recurring-revenue models and key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to post-close integration.
• Assess strategic alliances, joint ventures, and major partnerships.
• Develop valuation, transaction, scenario, and sensitivity models for acquisitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and deal structuring with advisers.
• Prepare materials for executive and board-level investment decisions.
• Manage post-close integration planning and 100-day workstreams.
• Build and maintain acquisition and partnership pipelines with rigorous documentation.
• Support capital-raising and financing initiatives.
