Job summary

Mouseion Professors Limited in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on implementation specialist to work with universities adopting Odea. You will configure, train, and stay close until the institution runs independently, owning the deployment in classroom IT, LMS wiring, SSO, and course structures.

You will collaborate with educators and IT to tailor Odea to real teaching workflows, write practical playbooks, and guide first live weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, implementation, or technical onboarding for a SaaS product.
• Understanding of university operations: faculties, LMS, and SSO processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders mid-semester and avoid slide-deck-only updates.
• Bias toward delivering deployments to go-live and avoid stalled accounts.
• Willingness to be on-site in Amsterdam with customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, including discovery, configuration, LMS and SSO setup, pilots, and handoff.

The Mouseion holds a small, talent-dense team building AI powered software for teaching and learning. Our first product is Odea, so institutions can learn and teach with AI on terms they can stand behind. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and careful. About the role

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role. You will configure, train, unblock, and stay close until the institution can run without you. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be technically fluent enough to own an integration conversation, reproduce issues, and work credibly with Product and Engineering.

You sit with universities while they adopt Odea: IT, learning support, and the educators who will actually run courses on it. Your job is to make the first semester work, not to answer a ticket queue.

You turn messy institutional reality — LMS wiring, SSO, course structure, staff habits — into a deployment that holds up under real teaching.

What you’ll do

• Lead implementations end to end: discovery, configuration, LMS and SSO setup, pilot courses, and handoff to steady operation.
• Work side by side with educators and IT so Odea fits how their faculty actually teaches, not a generic rollout checklist.
• Train staff, write the playbooks that stick, and stay present through the first live weeks when something always breaks.
• Translate what you see in the field into product feedback that Product and Engineering can act on.
• Own outcomes for the accounts you deploy: adoption, time-to-first-course, and whether the semester actually runs.
• Raise the bar on technical depth: account state, integration diagnostics, and enough signal before you elevate.
