Job summary

Wonderful, the European HQ in Amsterdam, is looking for Forward Deployed Engineers to bring AI deployments from pilots to production in complex enterprise environments. You will operate on customer sites and drive production-ready integration across legacy systems and modern platforms.

You’ll validate Dutch speech and chat, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and translate field pain into platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency required; native or fluent in Dutch.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise environments and integrating disparate systems.

Responsibilities

• Agent orchestration: manage a fleet of agents to build and integrate complex systems rapidly.
• Dual-Impact Engineering: forward-deployed at customer sites while extending core platform features for European markets.
• Complex integrations: connect legacy CRMs and modern agents within security constraints.
• The “Founder” inside: create playbooks from field pain and translate them into platform improvements.
