Job summary

Wonderful, the European HQ in Amsterdam, is looking for Forward Deployed Engineers to bring AI deployments from pilots to production in complex enterprise environments. You will operate on customer sites and drive production-ready integration across legacy systems and modern platforms.

You’ll validate Dutch speech and chat, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and translate field pain into platform improvements.

Qualifications

The Role: What You’ll Do

• Agent Orchestration: You aren\'t just \"vibecoding.\" You will use spec-driven development to manage a fleet of agents working for you simultaneously to build and integrate complex systems at lightning speed.
• Dual-Impact Engineering: You will be forward-deployed at customer sites while also having the autonomy to extend our core platform features to specifically fit the Dutch and European markets.
• Complex Integrations: You will build bridges between systems never designed to talk to each other—from 1990s CRMs to modern voice agents—within strict security and compliance constraints.
• The \"Founder\" Inside: You will act as a founder within a customer environment, creating a playbook where none exists and translating \"field pain\" into platform improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Serious Experience: A technical background with a high-agency mindset; you don\'t wait for perfect requirements.
• Dutch Language Fluency (Required): You must be native or fluent in Dutch. You will be validating Dutch speech (voice and chat) from our agents and can be deployed in predominantly Dutch-speaking organizations.
• Consulting Fluency: You have the "soft skills" to navigate C-suite conversations in the afternoon after solving a technical architecture problem with IT in the morning.
• Technical Depth: You are an comfortable navigating messy enterprise environments and debugging production failures in systems you don\'t fully control.
