Tony's Chocolonely in Amsterdam is seeking a Head of Communications to lead our global communications strategy, protect our reputation and drive impact through storytelling. You will guide senior leaders, manage crises, and coordinate with markets to amplify our mission across earned media channels.
Based in our Amsterdam homebase, you will lead a small team and collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to turn bold ideas into headlines while navigating a complex regulatory and stakeholder
Qualifications
- Experience leading global communications strategy in international, fast-moving organisations.
- Proven track record in earned media, thought leadership and storytelling.
- Experience launching annual or sustainability reports with PR amplification.
- Excellent English and senior stakeholder advisory to C-suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead our global communications strategy.
- Own Tony's Annual Fair Report, leading narrative development and PR amplification.
- Build and execute a global earned media strategy.
- Lead reputation management and crisis communications globally.
- Advise senior leadership and act as strategic advisor to CEO and executive team.
- Coach and empower your team to continuously raise the bar.
