Job summary

Lanza Jobs in the Venlo area is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to supervise and motivate the production team in a fast-paced food environment. You will ensure targets are met while upholding quality, safety and hygiene standards and work on improving daily processes.

The role offers a full-time position, a gross hourly wage of €17.80, a 2-shift system, travel allowance, and room for personal and professional development within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within production.
• Food industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system; English level at least B1.
• Polish language is a plus, Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting the production team.
• Organizing and monitoring daily production activities.
• Ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Monitoring product quality and production processes.
• Coaching and supporting employees in their daily activities.
• Identifying and solving problems during the production process.
• Ensuring safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Maintaining good communication with colleagues and other departments.
• Contributing ideas for improvements to the production process.
• Monitoring the performance and progress of the team.
