Job summary

Hilton Amsterdam is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead banquet operations and deliver memorable experiences for every guest. In this role you will plan, organize and supervise events across all F&B outlets, oversee setup and breakdown, manage a motivated team and uphold health, safety and service standards with an upbeat, hands-on approach.

English communication and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in Food & Beverage on shift.
• Good knowledge of wine and food.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with upbeat, friendly interactions and proactively enhance their experience.
• Supervise execution of events across F&B outlets (breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, galas).
• Oversee function room setup, linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware to meet standards.
• Communicate event specs and updates to relevant F&B teams.
• Oversee event breakdown and proper storage of equipment for next event.
• Manage F&B team performance, scheduling, coaching and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
