Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Leiden is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless events.

You will mentor and coach staff, coordinate with colleagues and guests, and uphold Hilton standards while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service, efficiency, and memorable moments for conferences and gatherings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as shift leader/supervisor in a Food & Beverage environment.
• A genuine team player capable of building and motivating a team.
• Autonomous and responsible.
• “Hands on” mentality: proactive and not shy of challenges.
• Good knowledge of wine and food.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Flexible, also available evenings and weekends.

Job description

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Hilton Garden Inn Leiden team. As a key member, you will ensure every guest receives unique experiences, perfect service, and engaging events and conferences. Teamwork is central; you will motivate your team to achieve shared goals.

Together with your team, you will provide outstanding service across all of our F&B outlets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for staff, temp workers and guests, and as a trainer and coach, offering constructive feedback to promote their development.
