Gymshark is seeking a Floor Lead for our Amsterdam store. You will lead from the shop floor, create energetic customer experiences, and coach teammates to perform at their best.

Expect daily huddles, coaching, product knowledge, and ownership of floor standards. You will also support stock replenishment, handle opening/closing as a keyholder, and step in as manager on duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role with coaching abilities.
• Experience working within a retail store environment.
• Previous keyholder experience.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading and influencing others.
• Positive, energetic, and people-first leadership approach.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high standards across service, operations and presentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to make decisions when required.

• Leading from the shop floor and creating exceptional experiences for every customer.

• Helping customers find the right products through conversations and product knowledge.

• Taking ownership of shop floor standards, keeping the store clean and organised.
• Supporting stock replenishment, delivery processing and back-of-house operations when needed.
