Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Flights Revenue Analyst to help shape revenue optimization by analyzing Flights performance and uncovering opportunities across segments, channels, and markets. You will build dashboards, perform well-scoped analyses, and collaborate across Flights Data, FP&A, and product teams to drive sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes ownership, use of AI tools, and a practical commercial mindset, with hybrid work arrangements and generous leave and discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years in analytical or commercial roles (airlines, flights OTAs, transport, or e-commerce advantageous).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and BI tools such as MicroStrategy; experience with generative AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular performance reporting and dashboards for accessible insights.
• Lead analyses to identify trends and drivers; present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Flights Data, FP&A, and other stakeholders to support forecasting and business cases.
• Support pricing optimization experiments by defining hypotheses and success metrics.
• Utilize approved AI/automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
• Own cross-team initiatives with commercial input to Flights and Product projects.
