Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Flights Finance Operations to lead early-stage discovery, strategy, and execution for global flight settlement and reconciliation capabilities. You will bridge aviation clearinghouse requirements with Booking.com's finance infrastructure, shaping the target operating model and driving technical design for funds flow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated product management experience driving complex technical capabilities.
• Hands-on product experience in financial operations within travel distribution.
• Deep expertise in global IATA BSP, ARC, and modern settlement frameworks (NDC).
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling a flight financial reconciliation ecosystem from the ground up.
• Strong ability to consult, influence, and align cross-functional teams in large organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the 18-month product strategy and team objectives, converting aviation finance workflows into a technical blueprint for engineering teams.
• Lead early-stage discovery and end-to-end design for global flight financial reconciliation and settlement systems.
• Manage product delivery, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation while enforcing non-functional requirements (financial, legal, regulatory, security, privacy).
• Collaborate with enterprise Finance teams (Treasury, Tax, General Ledger) and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities.
• Establish product success metrics, design experiments, and apply data analytics to guide decisions.
• Drive customer and operational insight synthesis to transform data into scalable solutions.
