Job description

About Us:

At Booking.com, data drives our decisions. Technology is at our core. And innovation is everywhere. But our company is more than datasets, lines of code or A/B tests. We're the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you encounter. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the memories you make. Through our products, partners and people, we make it easier for everyone to experience the world.

Role Description:

The Flights Revenue & Growth team develops and executes Booking.com’s commercial strategy for Flights. As a Flights Revenue Analyst, you will support shaping the Revenue Optimisation strategy by analyzing Flights performance and identifying opportunities to improve revenue and volume across segments, channels, and markets. You will analyze historical pricing, sales, and revenue trends alongside market data to assess our market position and uncover actionable growth opportunities. This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter ready to take ownership, utilize AI and automation tools, and leverage their analytical skills to accelerate our sustainable commercial growth.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Produce regular performance reporting and build or improve dashboards to ensure teams can seamlessly access and share insights.

  • Lead well-scoped performance analyses to identify key trends and drivers, clearly presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Flights Data team, FP&A, and other stakeholders to support forecasting, track performance against budget, and develop detailed business cases for strategy projects.

  • Support pricing optimization experiments by developing hypotheses, defining success metrics, and analyzing results.

  • Utilize approved AI and automation tools to streamline routine reporting and analysis, driving overall team efficiency.

  • Take ownership of assigned cross-team initiatives, providing critical commercial input to broader Flights and Product projects.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years’ experience in an analytical or commercial role (experience in airlines, flights OTAs, transport, or e-commerce is highly advantageous).

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills, with a proven ability to identify trends and turn data into clear, practical recommendations.

  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis techniques, and business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy; experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to support analysis is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned work.

  • Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex analyses to diverse stakeholders.

  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach with strong relationship-building skills and a practical commercial mindset.

Benefits & Perks - Global Impact, Personal Relevance:
  • Annual paid time off and generous paid leave scheme including: parent, grandparent, bereavement, and care leave.

  • Hybrid working including flexible working arrangements, and up to 20 days per year working from abroad (home country).

  • Industry leading product discounts - up to €400 per year - for yourself, including automatic Genius Level 3 status and Booking.com wallet credit.
