Overview
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Project Manager to support the European implementation of a major car fleet transformation project. The project focuses on rolling out Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) as a strategic leasing partner across 20+ markets, finalizing contract terms, ensuring pricing competitiveness, and driving policy harmonization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead VWFS Implementation across 8 European OpCos where VWFS is not yet active, ensuring alignment with global contract terms and successful operational onboarding.
• Support OpCos already with VWFS: Monitor competitiveness, satisfaction, and SLA compliance to prevent complacency or price drifts.
• Finalize Contract Negotiations: Drive completion of the International Master Agreement (IMA) and local annexes, including governance on commercial terms, bonuses, and escalation paths.
• Create & Roll Out Regional Car Policy: Finalize, release, and implement a new harmonized European car policy (OEM, model, lease duration, customization rules) across all OpCos.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish a clear governance model with regular check-ins, escalation routines, and ensure savings/cash benefits are properly tracked and reported in internal tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for local procurement, HR, and finance teams to ensure business case realization, OpCo satisfaction, and effective policy deployment.
• Escalation Management: Intervene promptly in cases of commercial or service dissatisfaction, escalating issues to VWFS or internal stakeholders where needed.
• Policy Harmonization Support: Ensure OpCos transition their local car policies toward the VAG brand portfolio and new regional standards.

Required Profile
• Solid fleet management experience, ideally with experience in implementing single/dual leasing supplier models across multiple European countries.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-market transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – able to align internal functions and external suppliers.
• Deep understanding of TCO, leasing mechanics, SLA tracking, and policy governance.
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to assess commercial offers, support OpCos in benchmarking, and drive data-based decisions.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
