Job summary

iPS Powerful People is seeking a Crew Planner to coordinate crew schedules across the fleet and assign the right people to projects at the right time.

You will act as the main contact for vessel teams and superintendents, resolving short-term scheduling challenges and forecasting staffing needs with Operations and HR. English fluency is required, Dutch is a plus, and occasional travel to operational locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, crew planning, scheduling or related operational planning roles.
• Experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, transportation or technical sectors is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew planning across disciplines, vessels, and projects.
• Serve as main contact for vessel teams and superintendents on planning matters.
• Resolve short-term scheduling and staffing challenges.
• Identify workforce gaps and support HR and Operations with planning insights.
• Collaborate with Crew Operations, HR and vessel management for effective workforce planning.
• Forecast staffing needs with Operations and Discipline Managers and allocate resources.
• Monitor crew deployment and experience levels across the fleet.
• Support crew development, career progression and promotion planning.
