Job summary

iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) is seeking an experienced HR Crew Consultant to support a crew discipline team across the full employment lifecycle. You will be the first contact for crew members and managers on HR topics, maintain records in the Crew Management System, and help improve HR processes and day-to-day operations.

You will work with managers to support employee growth, participate in interviews, and contribute to workforce planning and staffing needs for future crewing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Generalist/Advisor roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
• Hands-on experience with employee relations and workforce planning.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch a plus.
• Experience in maritime/technical sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR topics for crew members and managers.
• Maintain crew data and records in the Crew Management System.
• Support HR processes and day-to-day ways of working.
• Assist with workforce planning and crew development initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruitment on hiring needs and staffing planning.
• Participate in interviews and candidate assessments with managers.
