Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks an Intern in Internal Marketing for the Flavor Industry, based in Hilversum, Netherlands.

You will craft internal communications to showcase innovation in flavors and technologies, working with Innovation, Marketing, Product Development and Commercial teams to tell compelling stories. This paid internship offers hybrid working with both office and remote components, six months in length, starting December, and exposure to a global leader in the

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies in relevant field.
• Interest in food, beverages, flavors, and innovation.
• Enjoys marketing, communication and visual storytelling.
• Able to work with international teams and at a hybrid/remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Support development of internal marketing campaigns showcasing IFF Taste innovations.
• Create posters, infographics, videos, digital content, presentations and newsletters.
• Develop concepts to make innovation visible and accessible for regional employees.
• Design awareness initiatives using visual storytelling and interactive content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify success stories and translate technical info.
