Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The 6-month, full-time internship is based in Hilversum, Netherlands, with onsite/hybrid work.

You will support the Global Trends & Foresight team by identifying and translating emerging societal and consumer trends into actionable insights, and help create trend briefs for marketing, innovation, and creative teams. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a related field, available for 6 months starting December

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field.
• Available full-time for a 6-month internship starting December 1, 2026.
• Strong interest in societal, consumer, lifestyle, and cultural trends.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to connect information from multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Trends & Foresight team by identifying and translating trends into actionable insights.
• Maintain and update trend databases and insight repositories.
• Contribute to the development of trend briefs and strategic foresight content for marketing, innovation, and creative teams.
• Create presentations and visual content for multiple teams.
• Collaborate on internal and external partnerships, co-creation initiatives, and ideation sessions.
