Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, invites you to join as an Intern Internal Marketing Taste based in Hilversum. You will help bring our innovation story to life across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, collaborating with Innovation, Marketing, Product Development and Commercial teams.

This paid internship blends creativity, marketing, communication and food innovation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and must remain enrolled throughout the internship.
• Strong interest in food, beverages, flavors, innovation and trends.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Creative mindset with eye for design, layout and messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with MS Office applications (PowerPoint/Word).
• Able to work independently while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support internal marketing campaigns showcasing IFF Taste innovations and technologies.
• Create posters, infographics, videos, digital content, presentations and newsletters.
• Develop concepts to make innovation visible and accessible for regional employees.
• Design awareness initiatives using visual storytelling, QR codes, interactive content and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Marketing and Technical teams to translate complex information into engaging communications.
• Support events, showcases and internal campaigns to encourage participation and knowledge sharing.
• Help establish a consistent visual identity for innovation communications within IFF brand guidelines.
• Measure engagement and provide recommendations to improve internal communication effectiveness.
• Generate ideas for new and innovative ways to connect employees with our innovation journey.
